Read the community guidelinesLeaving this company is the happiest thing I’ve ever done.
More than a hundred people leave every year. They spend money to treat employees like animals; if they’re unhappy with you, they’ll tell you to leave that very day. This company is just too great.
I have left the company and found something better.
The female boss is difficult to get along with, makes things difficult at every turn, and likes to nitpick.
The best experience was learning how to judge people, knowing what a toxic boss looks like, and realizing that when you see signs that things are going bad, you should leave.
The management philosophy is absolutely top-notch: everyone has to pay me because I’m the boss.
Anyway, every mistake is always the employee’s fault. Employees are the trash of this enterprise and company; no matter how well they perform, they are still labeled as “strawberries.” The boss is always right and never makes mistakes. If there is someone to blame, it is because the employees failed to fulfill their responsibilities. The boss is wonderful—taking three times as long as an employee to do something is called efficiency. Being told ten things in ten minutes and forgetting one means you have a bad brain; failing to do everything perfectly means being told, “Please just sit there and collect your paycheck.”
I’m extremely happy—the best part was resigning (I’ve escaped from hell)! I’ll never encounter a company this awful again!
Exploits employees, falsely accuses them and unlawfully deducts their pay, intimidates and threatens them, managers are emotionally volatile, verbally abuses employees (calling an employee an idiot in front of everyone), violates labor laws, underreports salaries, deceives consumers, and engages in improper profiteering~
An extremely unscrupulous company.
It uses many pretexts to defraud people, leaving countless victims! (You can find them all on Google.) A huge mess of unaccounted-for transactions and piles of unpaid debts, then blames everything on employees by claiming they failed to perform their duties. Involved in countless lawsuits!
Violations of the Labor Standards Act. No overtime pay for working excessive hours. Sexual harassment by supervisors. No severance pay.
Supervisors like to keep ordering people around—the more exhausted you are, the happier they are.
