The company parking lot has no rain shelter, and only “the company’s own brand” is allowed to park there; vehicles of other brands must be parked on the roadside outside the company.
The company culture requires employees to arrive five minutes early to clean, and employees are told that they cannot leave exactly at five o’clock. Usually, they have to stay an additional five to ten minutes.
