The work is simple
Outdated culture, workplace bullying, passing work around, older employees bullying newcomers, different exam content for different positions, and the job you get after joining may not necessarily be the same as the position you applied for
Large company, steady long-term salary increases; working until retirement is not a problem.
Traditional mindset, places great emphasis on major and academic qualifications (even though they are not needed); high rate of hiring people merely as backup candidates.
No relevant degree or experience, essentially just there to make up the numbers
The field of study is very important; field of study = educational background >>>>>>> ability
Those whose field of study is unrelated should consider for themselves whether to attend the interview.
Every position has been open for more than half a year. There is a lot of information to fill out before the interview, and a lot of things to write during the interview as well.
The actual interview process is very formulaic, and applicants who did not major in a relevant field have relatively little chance of being hired. The work is very stable, but the compensation is actually quite average.
They select candidates based on their field of study; if it’s unrelated, don’t waste your time.
