Pros

How has a company with such a high employee turnover rate managed to survive for so long? What is it relying on?

It makes huge amounts of money from clients, yet pays you an extremely low salary.

The company places great emphasis on certifications. Whether you have practical experience or certifications, the salary it offers is worse than what other companies provide.

During the interview,

They first tell you a story about an eagle molting and losing a whole pile of feathers.

Then they tell you that, to be reborn at Taigu Huadian, you must first let go of yourself.

Letting go of yourself means letting go of your salary first.

Learning things is the most important part.

The company really likes having you work overtime. Before the one fixed day off and one flexible rest day policy, they would ask you to work on holidays and pay you an hourly wage.

The hourly wage is calculated as your base salary divided by 30 and then divided by 8.

Then the hourly wage comes to less than 100 dollars. Why? Because they keep the hourly wage very low and add the rest of the salary as bonuses.

An hourly wage of less than 100 dollars is a complete insult to my certifications and professional skills.

I would make more money working at a hostess bar.

As for how they operate after the one fixed day off and one flexible rest day policy, perhaps the junior employees who came after me can report on that.

There are countless ways to deduct money; the bonus system is especially good at shortchanging you.

The so-called engineers at this company

are basically people without professional training. What is this business of having senior employees teach junior employees?

And what is this business of having senior employees search for information on Google after work to teach inexperienced employees?

Then they arrogantly say, “I didn’t bring you to Taigu to learn. I brought you here to make money for me.”

So you come to attend classes after work to learn so-called professional knowledge that can be found simply by searching Google, and you don’t get paid for it.

After you have received this professional training, if something goes wrong, the employee is entirely responsible. Don’t expect the company to cover the portion of the losses you have to pay.

It is the concept of a business requiring no capital.

Senior employees expect you to be on call at all times.

Even if you are at Bai Nü Xiao Qin, you are still expected to answer the phone at any time.

If you are not short of money and want to toughen your mind and body,

welcome to sign up for Taiko no Tatsujin.

Let me make this clear:

We are not delicate strawberries.

If you can afford to pay us a proper salary, we are willing to work overtime for the company until we are exhausted like dogs.

If the company can only afford to pay peanuts, naturally it can only hire monkeys.

Once, there was a high-paying job right in front of me, but I didn’t appreciate it.

Only after losing it did I regret it; there is no greater pain in this world.

If Heaven could give me the chance to do it all over again, I would tell this Taiko potato person to f*** their mother.

If I had to give Taigu a score,

I would give it negative 100 points......

Pros

The office atmosphere is fairly harmonious, and the hardware and equipment are well maintained.

Cons

Although there are many back-office staff, the workload assigned to each person is still very heavy, while the pay is pitifully low! If you want a raise, you first have to explain what extra things you have done for the job, and after you finish, it depends on whether the boss is in the mood to sign your raise request.

When you come to work here, remember to work overtime whenever you have nothing else to do—if possible, do it every day! The boss will love you and think you are very hardworking. If you do not work overtime, they will think your job is too easy and may give you more work or send you to support a department that is short-staffed.

Do not offend the veterans here, especially those with 7 or 8 years of experience, because if you upset them, they will find ways to mess with you. Something that was not originally your problem may somehow later become your fault. The boss talks very nicely in meetings, saying that engineers can raise any problems and that the company can require them to improve. In reality, the only people who can be made to improve are the rookies; the company can do nothing about the veterans, who continue acting careless and irresponsible. For example, when there is a complaint from a residential community, if it involves a veteran, the company will say it is the customer's problem and not poor service. But if it involves a less experienced employee, they will directly deduct money from your salary, bring it up for discussion at the weekly meeting, and may even issue a warning, then blame you for causing the company to lose a customer.

As for the salary, because they want to evade taxes, part of it is transferred to your bank account and part is paid in cash. The bank transfer is always on time, but the cash depends on the payroll clerk's mood. Even though they clearly said during the interview that payday was the 10th of every month, the cash portion is always delayed by another two or three days at the payroll clerk's end before you can receive it. Not once in the entire year was it paid on time. When you ask them about it, they say: “We previously said that anything paid by the 15th does not count as late!” I really do not know who they said that to; when I asked other colleagues, they all said they had not heard anything like that during their interviews!

Finally, I wish everyone success in finding a job. If you like treating the company as your home, you are welcome to come interview here!

Pros

I can't think of any advantages; at most, the office atmosphere is fairly harmonious.

Cons

To future newcomers who want to apply for an office position:

I suggest you apply somewhere else.

The base salary is 23K; everything else is added through bonuses.

Every month, you have to go out to handle preliminary inspection duties. What are preliminary inspection duties?

It means you have to inspect the site, starting from the basement level,

and find engineers to take photos. The engineers will even say, “Wasn’t this already photographed? Why take it again?” But you have no choice but to take the photos.

You spend the entire morning walking around and standing. The only time you can sit down and rest

is that short period when you eat lunch. After eating, you have to start preparing the cameras, laptops, projectors, and so on for the afternoon.

Then in the afternoon, you start walking from the basement level all over again. Afterward, you have to inventory the equipment.

If the administrative worker assigned to work with you slacks off and doesn’t check the equipment, you can only do it yourself.

After checking the equipment, you also have to clean up the trash at the site. If it’s past six o’clock, you also have to buy dinner for everyone.

If there aren’t enough drinks, you have to go out and buy them for everyone.

The above is only the work involved in a preliminary inspection. Depending on the site location,

if it’s in Hsinchu, you have to arrive at the company before 6:30 a.m. (and it’s on a holiday).

Do you get overtime pay for preliminary inspections? Yes.

But it is calculated as your 23K base salary divided by 30 days, then divided by 8, and multiplied by the holiday-work overtime rate.

That’s right—it’s calculated based on your hourly wage. In other words, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.,

you only get 1,500 in overtime pay for the day. It won’t be transferred to your bank account; it’s paid in cash.

The boss has now come up with another rule: if you don’t meet with him twice a month, your salary will be withheld and not paid.

But the problem is that the boss often delays things and makes excuses not to come to the office. Two meetings a month? I’ll say no more.

The workload is huge, the supervisors do nothing, and there is no proper training system. They enforce a senior-junior system,

with supervisors dumping all their work on newcomers. When something goes wrong, the company makes the newcomers take responsibility.

If it causes the company a loss, the newcomer is responsible for paying compensation, deducted from your salary.

The leadership assigns work to you on a whim.

They tell you to leave early and not work so late, saying you have no quality of life,

but in reality, there is so much work that you have no choice but to work overtime.

You start work at 8 a.m. and can’t leave until 7 or 8 p.m.—and that’s in the best-case scenario.

When you get sick and take leave, do you think you’ll be able to quietly rest for a day?

Not at all! The company will message you on LINE in all sorts of ways. If a client you’re responsible for calls, you have to answer questions, and so on.

You don’t get any rest at all, and you still get your perfect-attendance bonus deducted. You might as well go to work sick.

After reading the review above, if you like working from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., working overtime every day, and conducting preliminary inspections on holidays,

and you can also tolerate the boss’s chaotic management, then you really can apply.

Pros

If you like working from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and overtime on Saturdays and Sundays,

don’t miss this company~~~

It was fined by the Labor Bureau so heavily that it had to relocate.

I’m speechless.
