This company is terrible. The company atmosphere is very strange, and new colleagues are ostracized. It does not comply with the Labor Standards Act, and employees are not enrolled in labor and health insurance on their first day of work.
The design team at this company is quite excellent and has a good reputation in the industry. It also has many well-known companies as long-term clients. Generally speaking, high-quality clients are more willing to work with suppliers that deliver high-quality work and are highly cooperative.
The company is not large, so the atmosphere among colleagues is harmonious, and there are quite a few highly capable people.
The location is good, and the meeting room offers a distant view of Taipei’s landmark, Taipei 101.
The administrative management system of this small company still has room for improvement.
It’s very strange why all the reviews are so one-sided. I don’t think it’s that serious. As for labor and health insurance, everything is insured normally based on the salary, and there’s no exclusion or favoritism. I actually think everyone is very nice—so nice that they’re even overly concerned that you might quit. Some people also said the work was plagiarized; I have no idea where that came from—it’s just baseless nonsense.
It’s true that the work is very demanding, and it’s true that the boss is terrifying. Maybe I’m just used to having a hard time: at the advertising company I worked for before, I once went three days without going home. So I don’t have overly idealistic expectations, and I don’t think this company is worse than other companies. I can only say I chose the wrong field—working in design is similarly miserable almost everywhere.
Unexpected!
As someone who's been there, I have three words of advice: "Don't go," "Don't go," "Don't go"—said three times!

A very scary company,
my worst work experience in life is all thanks to this company,
new employees have a very high chance of having their probation extended,
the pay is low too—you really have to be extremely, extremely, extremely willing to endure exploitation to be able to stay there!
The funniest thing is that the boss was so emotional that even the business partner left,
although his business partner wasn’t exactly a good person either,
anyway, I wish those who interview there won’t get an offer,
getting one really isn’t a good thing,
and I also wish all the people still there the best of luck in finding a better place to be exploited.

Work overtime to death, with no time off in lieu and no overtime pay
Design reviews always go around in circles
If you want to be worked to death, you can try going to this company
The environment is comfortable and beautiful.
The interviewer was very good at making grandiose statements, constantly and deliberately criticizing and belittling candidates solely to drive down designers’ salaries. They claimed to be a leader in Taiwan, yet only wanted to exploit designers with low pay, while repeatedly emphasizing that they serve the mainland China market. Does serving the mainland China market make them especially remarkable? During the interview, their statements were incoherent, but their overwhelming arrogance and conceit were certainly consistent.

Cons
1. The company’s labor and health insurance do not meet the standards (every salary is reported at the minimum wage).
2. The company owner has no management experience, or even design experience, and this needs to be questioned (in short, they keep making you work overtime until you collapse).
3. The company has no well-established work processes (communicating with the sales team and the owner is maddening; it is nothing but chaos).
4. Just look at the official website; some of the actual work is plagiarized.
5. The owner strongly pressures people to sign contracts, but you can also choose not to come—which is probably best.
A very poor company. Management is chaotic and supervisors only leave their subordinates to fend for themselves. Staff turnover is quite high. If you are considering joining this company, think carefully. You will not learn much, and you will only wear yourself out.
