Salary is paid inconsistently (February) or not paid at all (March). I contacted four people responsible, and they either kept passing the buck to one another or simply read but did not reply.
Then the old security guard can yell at the newly hired secretary.
It’s fine to accept packages at the community without signing for them.
Because the manager has their back, hehe.

They tell you to leave the company, and you leave; they don't pay severance. Experienced security guards have all been forced out, and the company is nothing more than an empty shell.
One afternoon, I called Assistant Manager Ke to ask about job openings in Zhongshan District. I was told that the position had already been filled, and I was immediately recommended a Songshan District position that matched my preferences very well (I had explained the type of work I was interested in). Assistant Manager Ke also patiently and thoroughly answered my questions about the position, including the working hours, nature of the duties, leave system, and matters requiring attention. An interview was arranged right away for a few hours later.
During the interview, I had to fill out basic information. The interviewer then asked follow-up questions to confirm and better understand my personal information and motivation for applying, before explaining the job duties and matters requiring attention again (such as not sleeping during working hours, residents disliking security guards smoking, work clothing requirements, etc.). The interview lasted about 50 minutes and was very pleasant. Assistant Manager Ke seemed very easy to get along with. Highly recommended!
Suggestions:
Ⅰ. What if the interviewer asks why you are applying for this position?
A: Just answer honestly. The interviewer will consider your job-search motivation and preferences and recommend suitable openings.
Ⅱ. If you want to enter this industry, you can use your free time to obtain relevant certifications. This may give you a chance to pursue better prospects, since the basic information form completed during the interview includes a question about whether you hold relevant certifications.

They all take on projects they consider luxury residences, so they work you extremely hard. Pay is calculated arbitrarily, so be careful—and you still can’t get what you’re owed. The supervisors’ words are worthless.
