1. Please do not put too much faith in anything a certain manager says about benefits, because the next day he will pretend he never said it and change them for the worse.
2. That manager is not the person in charge of the company, but he makes all the major decisions. When something goes wrong with the company, he will not take responsibility.
3. The company currently owes considerable outstanding debts and unpaid project fees externally, including wages.
4. That manager often raises his voice at employees and also engages in physical contact. In addition to naturally speaking loudly, he has a very bad temper.
5. The company’s accountant is also that manager’s person, so you should not place too much trust in them either.
6. That manager will casually disclose employees’ salaries to outsiders, leaving no privacy at all.
7. That manager’s son is involved in direct selling and will ask employees to attend direct-selling presentations.
8. The company’s business operations are constantly changing—always changing—so it cannot make money.
9. The company’s website was sloppily made, and it will not make money either.
10. All of the above happened this year. Whether things are still like this now depends on whether any brave souls want to go and find out. Feel free to come back and share after the interview.
