Recently, I saw yet another news report about the head of HR publicly engaging in self-congratulatory PR to curry favor with the boss, constantly emphasizing how impressive they are, when in fact they have merely cobbled together readily available resources. They present government-funded, budget-draining awards created for self-promotion as though they were glorious achievements bringing honor to the company. It is clearly a manufacturing company, yet it has already been dropped from Apple's supplier list. The finance staff are also constantly being replaced, and the progress on the Vietnam plant is an absolute mess and far behind schedule. They still go around talking in the news every day about plans for an IPO; the purpose is probably to trick college students with little real-world experience into joining so they can exploit them. Basically, this is a company full of self-congratulatory people and frogs in a well. It is quite suitable for someone who just wants to coast.
Occasionally, there are afternoon snacks. Meal allowances are provided when working overtime.
This company has several executives who came from large corporations, including those with backgrounds in procurement at systems manufacturers and in training in the financial industry. Their original backgrounds have nothing to do with their current business responsibilities, yet they are very concerned about saving face and do not allow others to speak the truth or point out their mistakes. They often learn one or two terms and then assume they have become experts, casually showing off and bluffing to mislead others who do not understand. Once something goes wrong, they shift the problem onto someone else.
A classic case of incompetent commanders exhausting the entire army.
Very easygoing
Many people are good at slacking off and flattering others; there is a culture of superficial appearances, so it is not suitable for serious-minded people
None
Not recommended. A company filled with a culture of reporting on others and surveillance.
The salary is very high, and people in their 40s will still be hired as long as they have the ability.
