Read the community guidelinesThe salary is okay
1. Women are required to wear high heels and put on makeup
2. Most of the colleagues and supervisors are not very good
3. You will first be sent to Taoyuan Airport for training. The dormitory is frighteningly awful and basically uninhabitable
4. You are rushed into the role and expected to take on performance targets and work independently after just one month
5. The work is very miscellaneous
I sincerely do not recommend joining this place!!!
- The interviewers and HR were very friendly, and explained everything clearly and in detail
- The salary is good, and they provide a shuttle bus and an employee cafeteria, which can help save money
- A monthly allowance is provided if you have language certifications
- Excessive performance pressure means that no one wants to train new employees
- The seniority system is deeply entrenched, making it easy for cliques to form
- You may encounter an emotional manager or colleagues, making it impossible for you to continue working at the company
Management knows about the intentional bullying of new employees but does little about it. Overall, this is not a healthy workplace, and I do not recommend it for recent graduates
During my time at the airport duty-free shop, we regularly attended classes to learn about new product knowledge, as well as other professional development courses. The salary was good, and the insurance contribution levels, maternity benefits, parental leave, and other policies were all legally compliant.
Some supervisors are more emotional, but basically it is not a major problem. It is a good job.
