The company is full of people who don’t have much ability and seem to be just coasting until retirement.
Both the engineering associate manager and the sales manager are like that,
and the engineering associate manager can even meddle in HR,
As long as he’s unhappy, he simply doesn’t care what department you’re in.
No wonder this company is constantly replacing its newer employees.
