Read the community guidelinesThe HR manager takes great care of employees and is reasonable!
A certain vice president has poor character. They first tell you that they will help with a salary adjustment and job-level change, causing your manager to assign you a pile of work and require you to write their so-called logical-thinking report, constantly wasting employees’ time. Then, only when you are about to resign do they tell your manager that they do not agree to the salary adjustment or job-level change. After you resign, they go around telling people that they had been helping you run the process all along, but that you were still determined to leave! No matter how much you do, it is all for nothing, because the employees they like most are still the ones who cry and make a fuss—this has nothing to do with work ability at all!
I arrived for the interview, but the on-site supervisor wasn’t there... I didn’t even get to interview, yet I had to fill out a bunch of personal information... It was a complete waste of the job seeker’s time...
