The entire interview, from meeting the supervisor to the end, lasted less than 3 minutes. It took longer than that just to fill out the interview information. They did not introduce their company or explain the job responsibilities, compensation, benefits, or anything else at all—they simply asked me to leave.
If they are already this disrespectful to interviewees during the interview and do not value other people’s time, how much better could they possibly treat employees after they actually join the company?

Working hours: 8:30–17:00; lunch break: 12:00–13:00
Job responsibilities:
Mainly receiving and issuing materials. However, because the company is currently in the early stages of relocating its plant and is recruiting staff, the position also requires assisting with laser cutting, assembly, and other tasks.
Impressions:
The company relocated to the first floor of a newly built factory-office building. The environment is modern and new, but as a traditional manufacturing workplace, it inevitably has exposure to welding glare and noise from angle grinders. The on-site personnel appear to be mostly young. Overall, the company is in its early startup phase; the workload is not heavy, and there are many opportunities to learn, but there is comparatively little structure.
