This job is very short-staffed, giving the impression that anyone will be hired.
After submitting my application (Fengshan), I was immediately called and invited to an interview.
Interview location: Bianli Dai – Renwu Branch
The sign is faded, so you need to look carefully to find the location.
The interviewer asks applicants to prepare a résumé.
You can provide a PDF file from the recruitment website and view it on your phone.

Paid per item
Public holidays off
Typhoon days off
Guaranteed minimum of NT$40,000 for the first full month
If the amount falls short, payment is calculated proportionally.
Join the mutual-support program the following month.
The mutual-support program is similar to a performance bonus.
If the number of deliveries in this area exceeds the target, everyone receives a bonus.

Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; arrange your own two-hour break during that time (you may also not take a break?)
At least 3,300 items must be delivered each month.
Whether the monthly item count is sufficient or insufficient, the pay is NT$28,590 (before labor and health insurance deductions).
If you exceed the target and are familiar with the addresses, it may start at around NT$35,000.
Delivery and pickup addresses are all for regular members.
Compared with postal workers and 黑貓, Bianli Dai’s delivery addresses are more consistent.

You have to deliver and pick up items every day.
The deadline for submitting delivery orders each day is 3:30 p.m.
Experienced workers finish deliveries before 1:30 p.m. and take a break.
At 3:30 p.m., turn on the machine and start collecting items.
It is also possible not to take the two-hour break,
because you decide for yourself.
Anything not delivered is delivered the next day.
It sounds like a responsibility-based work arrangement,
but the interviewer was unwilling to admit it 😂
Hours are not considered; only the number of items matters.
There is no such thing as overtime pay on weekdays.
Overtime pay is only calculated for Saturdays,
and it only counts if approved by a supervisor.

There are too many variables overall.
