Many people get in through connections. The salaries of front-line clerks are about the same as those of convenience store employees. There is also serious infighting between the nursing department and certain doctors.
Disadvantages: Except for physicians, nurses, and other professional positions, some job descriptions are merely formalities and do not correspond to the actual work. There are considerable disparities in salaries, and there are problems with workforce allocation. Salaries are stable, and the extent of adjustments is also very stable.
Advantages: Stable bonuses for the three major holidays, birthday bonuses, labor and health insurance, group insurance, and year-end bonuses.
Overall assessment: Recent graduates and those of you with exceptionally high stress tolerance—far above that of ordinary people—are welcome to consider this.
