Pros

Each unit is an independent entity working on Ministry of Economic Affairs projects, so there is quite a high degree of freedom. A small portion of the staff handles consulting and needs to travel frequently. The starting salary is considered fairly good.

Cons

There are fixed salaries for bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degree holders. Bachelor's degree holders do miscellaneous assistant work, while master's degree holders do miscellaneous tasks. Only doctoral degree holders give directions.

Pros

…

Cons

The self-important host of a certain organization makes the workplace feel like a cult. They take out their anger on others whenever even the smallest thing upsets them, fly into uncontrolled rages all the time, and are skilled at creating an atmosphere of terror—no less so than during the Cultural Revolution. They frequently belittle employees’ personal worth and trample on their dignity, while presenting a bright and positive image to outsiders. They could be called a master of acting. If you value your life, stay away.

Pros

Most of the staff are fairly nice and polite, and willing to communicate.

Cons

Most of the staff are fairly nice and polite, and willing to communicate.

There are two interviews. The first includes some tests and an initial interview, and requires a lot of documents, including transcripts, graduation certificates, and letters of recommendation. The second interview requires a presentation. One manager was very impolite; when the response did not suit him, his attitude became poor and he made it clear that he could not be bothered to deal with you.

Given the salary level, the process is very mentally draining. Unless you really want this job, do not waste your time.
