Learned a lot
Low pay, heavy workload, and long working hours. Often required to work overtime without being asked.
The salary statement is unclear.
The production department is very underhanded and likes to shirk responsibility. They especially like to make things difficult for assistants in other departments.
There are often communication barriers between departments. Disagreements between supervisors often affect the assistants.
So busy that time seems to pass quickly
1. The workday is as long as 8.5 hours. It is described favorably as accommodating the two 15-minute breaks taken by the on-site staff in the morning and afternoon, but the office does not take breaks this way, which effectively means being forced to work an additional half hour every day.
2. Colleagues in the production unit are all very unfriendly.
3. Departments frequently pass the buck and are unwilling to cooperate.
4. The employee cafeteria is in very poor condition.
5. Overtime must be reported to a supervisor in advance, and the supervisor must approve it before it can be reported as overtime; later, they may say it does not count.
6. The salary is paid on the 6th and 20th of the month. Most of it is paid on the 6th, while only a few thousand dollars are paid on the 20th.
7. Almost every day involves overtime.
8. Long working hours, low pay, and a poor workplace atmosphere.
