The pace is very fast, but as a result, you can learn a lot.
Cons
Most positions are dispatched, so quite a large proportion of the staff come and go.

Pros
Almost everyone around me is very smart, so it’s enjoyable to work; the pace is fast, and the business is interesting.
Cons
The proportion of dispatched employees is extremely high. As a dispatched employee, I’m unable to enjoy many benefits, which can give the feeling of equal work for unequal pay.
