I interviewed for a position at the head office, and the manager not only criticized my educational background in person but also questioned my relevant experience. It was a very unpleasant interview experience;
perhaps beneath the company's glamorous exterior lie many ugly realities and hardships unknown to outsiders.
Lunch is included.
The salary for administrative work is lower than what was listed on the employment website, and the salary structure includes a NT$1,000 perfect-attendance bonus.
1. Good salary and benefits
2. Nice work environment
3. No registration fee when seeing a doctor
1. Every unit will inevitably have someone with the lowest performance who receives the smallest year-end bonus. This person is easily used as a topic of discussion by supervisors and team leaders (even if you didn’t intentionally make a mistake, they will still do this).
2. Think carefully before joining an all-female environment; cliques, exclusion, and similar issues are all present.
3. Medical environments are inherently more rigorous, so even if someone kindly tells you how to do something, you still need to double-check everything repeatedly. After all… they only care about who made the mistake.
4. Resigning is easy… but be sure to clarify your salary bonus with HR! Not the team leader ==. Because of this, I didn’t receive that month’s bonus.
