Are office staff also having money deducted? Benefits system?
Colleagues are very easy to get along with, working hours are punctual, and the workday is short.
Malicious layoffs: the company lays off employees in a position and then recruits for the same position again, laying off and hiring at the same time. A bizarre salary system results in in-house staff having money deducted every month, with no transparency about where the money lining someone’s pockets is going. There are many terrible middle managers who frequently pressure subordinates through all kinds of despicable and underhanded tactics. Senior managers have an ugly appetite and think no one knows what they are doing. Incompetent managers lay off in-house staff while retaining a bunch of useless, lousy salespeople from a certain department who contribute nothing and just freeload at the company. Managers never have to be punished for their incompetence and continue shamelessly strutting around the company as if nothing happened. In short, think carefully before submitting your résumé—don’t waste your youth and your life.
The logistics department is easy to get along with.
The salary is average.
The manager of a certain department works in a disorganized manner and is poor at handling crises. New hires never stay; those who do are people who are not very capable but are very good at putting on a show for the manager—a group that loves to cause trouble.
