Pros

1. The scheduled workday is 7.5 hours. If you don't mind being blacklisted, you can leave on time.

2. Starting in the third year, you get two additional days of annual leave each year. After roughly 10 years, you'll have about a month of annual leave (but unused leave expires and cannot be exchanged for money).

3. If you had been able to join 20 years ago, the benefits would have been better and you would have advanced quickly.

Cons

1. A typical responsibility-based workplace: a representative company where capable people are given more work but no additional rewards. Many people have left since the pandemic.

2. Most of the benefits have already been cut. Turnover has been very high in recent years, and it is no longer the stable place to retire that it once was.

3. Being capable can be very painful here; it is a place where being a good person is valued more than doing a good job.

Pros

1. Every workday follows the public-sector holiday schedule, with only 7.5 hours of work required

2. Flexible working hours, with a 15-minute grace period

3. No need to worry about not being able to use your annual leave—daily email reminders are sent during the final month

4. The restrooms have been renovated and even have bidets

5. The elevators are extremely fast

6. Free motorcycle parking is available for employees

Cons

1. The floors are spread across B1, 1, 2, 5, 13, 16, and 17

2. Although it is a foundation, in practice it is still subject to management by the XX Bureau

3. The motorcycle parking lot is packed every day, making it difficult to find a space

4. The restrooms have no air conditioning, so you leave covered in sweat

5. The internal employee systems are outdated and frequently crash or malfunction (e.g., the leave-request and time-clock systems)

6. I’ll update this when I think of more
