Salary increases are minimal, and year-end bonuses are entirely controlled by supervisors. The Labor Standards Act has been violated for years. Under the banner of being theater workers serving art, they always assume that everyone should be willing to make sacrifices and devote themselves. Some of the older employees join supervisors in suppressing the labor union.
Apart from the theater itself, the work environment is uncomfortable because the building was designed without windows.
