Read the community guidelinesSome colleagues are easy to get along with
1. Low pay; office assistants earn at most 28k (and then various deductions are made under a range of pretexts)
There is no profit sharing or bonus, and only a 500-dollar gift voucher is given for each of the three major holidays; no overtime pay
2. There are many miscellaneous tasks, and the supervisor keeps asking the same questions over and over—it feels like going in circles
3. The boss likes making sarcastic, insinuating personal attacks, and also likes disturbing employees while they work. They even took a colleague’s scissors without permission to cut their nose hair—extremely disgusting
4. I genuinely do not recommend joining this company
None
1. Engineers earn 34–35K; the company offers virtually no benefits. Only 500 for each of the three major holidays, with no opportunities for promotion or raises—just a fixed salary.
2. An old pharmaceutical factory. Some areas have higher cleanroom standards, but you rarely go inside.
3. You often hear employees crying at work; it’s pretty shocking.
4. You have to wait until one batch of medicine is finished before you can leave, so your departure time may be delayed. As for overtime, it depends on whether your boss will sign off on it.
Other than being able to start and finish work on time, I can't think of any other advantages.
1. Serious cliques
2. Outdated office computers with poor performance
3. Antiquated and outdated methods of managing data and documents, which are prone to omissions and errors
4. The principle of "the fewer things you do, the fewer problems you create" is fully embraced
5. A society governed by personal relationships
