鉅鋼機械股份有限公司
Pros

1. The boss is very nice and proactively greets frontline employees.

2. The benefits, year-end bonus, and meals are all quite good.

3. For the machinery industry, the benefits should rank among the best in central Taiwan.

Cons

I’m not familiar with the other departments, but it feels like the frontline units have varying degrees of factional infighting.

Especially the CNC technician, Mr. Liu Guanzhang—I’m talking about you. You didn’t dare discuss directly with the deputy plant manager the hiring of a technician. In order to avoid loading and unloading materials yourself and have extra time to learn how to operate a horizontal milling machine, you kept making empty promises to the new employee.

Once you became familiar with the milling-machine work, you started making things difficult for the new employee. You deliberately talked nonsense for 20 minutes while the new employee was setting up the tools, and only then were willing to let them operate the machine. Then you asked why the tool setup took more than 30 minutes, without mentioning that you had spent 20 minutes talking nonsense beforehand. After that, you deemed the new employee unsuitable in the three-month evaluation.

You operated the milling machine until it went off track, yet there were no consequences for making such a serious mistake. When the new employee’s lathe tools were used up and there was no time to replace them, you privately berated the new employee, asking whether they had something wrong with their brain! I had just entered the workforce and didn’t know how to collect evidence; otherwise, I would absolutely sue you into the ground. I’d take special leave to go to court with you and see it through to the end!

If your company continues to let Mr. Liu behave so arrogantly, then you might as well outsource all your CNC machining—you’ll never be able to hire anyone!
