During meetings, she only asks for sales results. Even when the customer service time has already exceeded the scheduled hours, she insists that you serve the customer. After the skin consultation, she leaves work first, leaving the beautician to work overtime alone.
3. There are, unsurprisingly, some rules involving deductions, and the money is used for employee dinners. However, if you fail to meet your sales target, money will not be deducted from your pay.
4. The base salary is low, at 10,000, but the commission is high: 200F–300B. However, if there are no customers, you are basically left with nothing. You really cannot earn much money at the beginning.
5. The leaving time shown on your time card is usually not your actual leaving time.
