Working here requires not only being highly resilient to pressure
but also putting up with a manager who is often neurotic
In short, it’s not a job for humans
Not far from an MRT station, and there’s no shortage of places to eat near the company.
OA office desks. The environment is quite traditional—plain and practical. There is cleaning staff, but there are still small cockroaches.
The office is predominantly female; the men mainly work in sales and as technicians. Some colleagues smoke.
I’ll put what I mean below as subtly as possible—please read between the lines:
1. The company’s internal management style is relatively forceful. Supervisors have relatively short expectations for new employees’ adjustment period and expect them to get up to speed quickly, with relatively little comprehensive training or guidance provided.
2. The company emphasizes high efficiency and immediate effectiveness. It is suitable for people who can adapt quickly to the environment and are relatively independent. Internal feedback tends to be frank, so it suits job seekers who can accept a direct communication style.
3. When educating employees, supervisors may use somewhat exaggerated demonstration methods. In some situations, this may cause new employees to feel considerable psychological pressure.
4. If you plan to resign, it is recommended that you prepare in advance; simply follow the Labor Standards Act when submitting your resignation.
Overtime pay works out to 7–80 dollars, and they pay salaries whenever they feel like it or delay them whenever they feel like it. Exploitative boss.
