Pros

This company is very suitable for “slaves” who never take leave.

Cons

When I took bereavement leave because a family member was holding their first-seven memorial ceremony and funeral, the general manager even reprimanded me for half an hour, asking, “Does no one in your family ever die?” A heartless, utterly unconscionable company. Anyone considering interviewing with this company, please think twice.

Family-owned company. The owner’s wife’s management mindset is outdated, and the company is still run under 18th-century authoritarian rule.

Those who have faith in the owner’s wife will be very happy working here.

There is a pregnancy discrimination policy. Under no circumstances should you become pregnant while working at this company; after becoming pregnant, you will be asked to sign a voluntary resignation form.

When you leave and look for another job, they will also give you a very poor reference, denying everything you previously did.

The elderly owner of this family business treats employees like dogs and is extremely disrespectful. You often hear him yelling at people during work hours. The salary is probably around minimum wage. There is severe internal infighting, and one manager in the sales department engages in many underhanded tactics and is neurotic. The atmosphere in the office is not very good. Overall, it is a company I would rather be unemployed than work for.
