A company with no clear direction. The second generation is still struggling to find its way, yet keeps going down the wrong path. I don’t recommend joining and sacrificing your own future.

Pros
Taiwanese managers assigned to factories in China are not trusted by the boss at all. If he wants you to leave, you leave—there’s no sentiment involved—but he will put it nicely. It feels like the boss trusts Chinese employees more.
