Read the community guidelinesAt first, I genuinely thought the team was young and fun.
I soon realized that people often vented their negative emotions in the office.
They were always cursing at client contacts and some former colleagues behind their backs. If you didn’t join in, you would be ostracized.
They were extremely poor at managing people. After being taught something once, you were expected to start doing it immediately, and if you asked again, you would be scolded. They also often questioned new hires about things they had never been taught, saying, “Why haven’t you done OOO? (angrily)” I thought to myself, “No one ever told me about it…”
If you didn’t work overtime along with everyone else, people would talk about you behind your back.
After about a week, I couldn’t take it anymore and resigned. My supervisor used their last chance to harshly berate and humiliate me.
It is an extremely stressful workplace. Only young people with exceptionally high emotional intelligence should take on the challenge of working there; otherwise, please think very carefully.
Seemed friendly at first.
The company is full of negativity. The senior employees explain things only once and then expect you to start working independently.
They have no experience training others,
and they spend the entire day relentlessly badmouthing former colleagues ( ̄∇ ̄)
After working there for just two days, I knew the company was unbelievably lousy.
When I resigned, they even called me an “old strawberry”—haha.
