None for now

There is a big, fat cat in the lobby who spends all day scrolling on his phone. He also keeps the money from the taxis assigned to him for himself, and whenever something happens, he tries to use his influence to deal with others. If someone complains about him, he even drags them into the matter. He has no abilities at all. I’ve heard from people who left before that he has also engaged in many shady activities. He is an absolutely terrible person, and I don’t know why. His supervisors don’t do anything either, allowing him to do whatever he wants. Even when using the computer at work, he only looks up his own private matters. All day long, he only talks about whom he knows, or claims that others have taken some benefit from him. I’ve also heard that he sells off some of the company’s recyclable items for his own gain.

I came for an interview for a full-time position, but they asked me to start as a part-timer. After working for three days, I found a whole bunch of problems. There is no cleaning staff assigned to the restroom, so they ask on-site employees to clean it? There is also apparently no housekeeping staff to deliver amenities to guests, so they ask on-site employees to deliver toothbrushes… The actual job duties are completely different from what was written on the job site. There is no changing room either, so you have to figure out where to change clothes yourself. The employee dining area looks like it was put together casually with partitions, and you also have to find somewhere to eat on your own. Everywhere seems to be cluttered with miscellaneous items. I haven’t found anything else yet. I think anyone considering working here should think it through carefully. They are seriously understaffed, and it also feels like the colleagues are extremely fed up with everything 😂
