Pros

None

Cons

They are hiring all 365 days of the year, especially chefs.

They advertise high salaries to attract applicants, but after you are hired, they do not pay the salary advertised. They only tell you to work hard and that there will be no problem with your salary.

The workload for chefs is excessive. You are often required to move heavy objects and sometimes support deliveries. There is no lunch break at noon; you can only leave after finishing the work. During the lunch break, employees are required to go outside, but they are inexplicably told that they cannot leave the premises, even though there is no place provided for them to rest.

The female HR employee has a very poor attitude. She responds impatiently to every question and shows very little respect for employees.

On the day you leave, your salary cannot be settled immediately. You have to wait several weeks before receiving it, and in the meantime, you have to call yourself to confirm when you can collect it. If you have already started working elsewhere, you have to make a special trip back to collect your salary. It is extremely inconvenient.

Pros

Lunch provided

Cons

The Labor Standards Act is not followed; working hours are merely a reference, and overtime under the responsibility system is unpaid because it is a monthly salary.

Supervisors do not care how much work you do; if they feel your pace or learning speed does not meet their expectations, you may be dismissed without warning.

There is high turnover among office staff; those who stay for a long time are extraordinary people.
