Most of the employees are very easy to get along with.
Cons
Salary payments are always delayed, and the lunch boxes are incredibly unappetizing. Also, during the company’s annual deep-cleaning day, they deliberately don’t provide lunch, so you have to spend your own money ordering takeout with your colleagues. You also have to stay for meetings until 1 or 2 a.m. before you’re allowed to leave! It’s absolutely ridiculous. The salary is extremely low—22K—and the welfare fees paid every month barely ever go toward company gatherings.
