Four days off per month
Only Chinese New Year and Tomb-Sweeping Day are public holidays
No time off on other holidays

The salary may appear high, but after averaging it out, it is approximately NT$30,000
One overseas trip every two years (subsidized according to the company’s ability)
Even during a severe typhoon, we still have to work; if you don't show up, they deduct your pay. We have to work on long weekends, national holidays, and Saturdays, working ourselves to death for very little money. They completely disregard the Labor Standards Act.
During holidays such as National Day, New Year's Day, and the February 28 Memorial Day long weekend, not even a single day off is given. Overtime pay is also not calculated correctly, and if you refuse to work overtime, you are threatened with having your year-end bonus withheld.
It completely ignores the One Fixed Day Off and One Flexible Rest Day policy. Basically, there are only four days off per month, and you still have to work on Saturdays.
