[Think twice before joining]
This is an extremely traditional company. It keeps saying it wants to reform and recruit more young people (including some damn youth employment subsidy program),
so young people, I urge you not to come here and waste your lives.
Every day it’s meetings, meetings, meetings. Are the meetings focused? No. Go in there and get yelled at!
They constantly use their own low EQ to lecture employees. Belittling employees is the norm, so don’t be too surprised when you get here.
Whenever they feel there aren’t enough people somewhere, they send someone over to fill the gap. Positions are shuffled around arbitrarily, and people are transferred without listening to their opinions.
As long as they feel they don’t like the way they look at you, they’ll threaten to cut your salary if the company isn’t making money.
Even more laughable, they paint a beautiful picture of raises, but as for actually giving you one—dream on! If you really do get a raise, you may think they’ve taken the wrong medicine!
Changes between field and office duties are the norm. Want to ask whether there’s overtime pay? Compensatory leave is the company’s greatest resource! Labor is so convenient to use!!!
If you can’t help out, you’ll be labeled as “uncooperative.”
Anything you can imagine that goes against basic human decency, you’ll experience here.
If you want to come here to be abused, feel free to submit your résumé.
