Read the community guidelinesThe HR department is good. Overtime pay is provided as required, which is considered fairly good for the food and beverage industry.
Some senior female employees like to bully newcomers. No wonder the turnover rate is extremely high. The store manager also believes what these senior employees say, but newcomers who leave will not honestly report this kind of issue, since they are leaving anyway. The food and beverage industry already has various shortcomings that make recruitment difficult; if these internal problems are not resolved, no amount of salary increases will be enough to attract staff.
Split shifts are another drawback. When there are many customers, closing the store can also be delayed. Employees do not want this kind of overtime pay; they just want to get home on time. It is reasonable to use a company motorcycle to deliver boxed meals, but it is common to find that no one has refueled it. Senior employees at the store will say they are in a hurry and tell you to use your own motorcycle to make the delivery first. How are fuel costs supposed to be clarified? Taking advantage of employees like this is unacceptable.
