Pros

At the beginning, HR asks about the reason for leaving your previous company, whether you have used HR and financial systems, and which PMS systems you have used. They initially mention that the company provides bonuses on the three major holidays and that working hours are 08:30–17:30. The IT manager asks about your previous work experience, the brands and models of servers used at your previous company, the network architecture, and asks you to calculate how many subnets there are in 192.168.220.0/24. They also ask which brands and models you have used and which Windows systems and services, such as DNS, you can work with. They introduce the company's use of the Dignus TIPTOP ERP and Opera as its room-management system, as well as a VMware vSphere 7.0 virtualization environment. They also ask what type of AP was used at your previous company.

Cons

The experience felt very bad. They kept asking about the backup systems used at your previous company, such as what the HA architecture was like and asking you to draw it. They also seemed to think that the Fortinet 100D firewall was very good. They asked what programming languages you could write in, as well as about your graduation project and so on. Most importantly, they mentioned nothing about employee travel.

Pros

Beautiful on the outside

Cons

Cons

The HR person was not very kind. When asked why I had left a previous job, I answered that I had been ill and my health had deteriorated. The HR person immediately responded in a very impolite tone: “Are you saying you have poor stress tolerance? Is that why you got sick?” She also asked whether I had any questions. I asked, “This job follows a shift schedule, right?” She immediately became stern and said, “Is that very important to you!?” The salary isn’t even that high, so there’s really no need to put up with this kind of treatment… For a people-oriented service industry, how can someone speak so rudely?
