Responsibility-based system, with no overtime pay!
The previous person left very quickly, leaving me to handle everything. The supervisor also would not help; they would only teach you how to do it. If you could not finish, you had to figure it out yourself. Every day involved working overtime until very late, and you also had to work overtime on holidays......
The employee turnover rate is extremely high. If you go there, you will only be cleaning up the mess left by the previous person!
There are no advantages.
1. After labor and health insurance deductions, the actual monthly salary is less than NT$24,000, which is worse than working at a stationery store elsewhere.
2. During busy seasons, overtime often lasts until late, with no overtime pay, violating the Labor Standards Act. Think carefully before joining.
3. Salary growth is extremely limited. You would be better off going to one of the Big Four accounting firms and working yourself to the bone—the cost-performance ratio would be higher.
4. High turnover; people are constantly coming and going.
5. Most of the messes are left for newcomers to handle, and supervisors rarely help.
