Read the community guidelinesThe lunch and dinner meals are pretty good and filling.
Design and drafting
1: There are a bunch of old-timers inside. They seem nice to you on the surface, but stab you in the back.
2: There are really a lot of good people, but it is hard to tell who genuinely treats you well. You only find out when something goes wrong.
3: There are many technical skills here, but they are all meant to help you get up to speed quickly and keep you safe. So at the beginning, they are just basic, superficial tricks; the real expertise lies with the old-timers or comes from observing people and situations over time on your own.
4: The meals are very salty and greasy—they are just enough to fill you up.
5: The salary may contain hidden figures for tax-saving purposes. Overtime pay is calculated separately, and the total amount received is roughly 5%–10% less than the calculation.
Suggestions and information
1: It is best to come with some experience; otherwise, there is basically no training.
2: They usually ask you to do things beyond your abilities, and a raise is impossible.
3: Senior management all started at the grassroots level but lack management ability. When something goes wrong, they just pass the buck and evade responsibility (when the generals are incompetent, the whole army suffers).
4: The biggest advantage is that there is often overtime, so you can make a lot of overtime pay.
