Way too many; the entire company is one big drawback.
The boss, whose surname is Wen, loses his temper from time to time and is also a control freak who wants to oversee every process. He is self-righteous and thinks that whatever he puts out is the best.
The managers are all a bunch of old-timers, very childish, and take the lead in forming cliques. Apart from the old-timers, the other employees have very short tenures. Employees who stay are either servile or incapable of escaping their comfort zones.
They violate multiple provisions of labor laws and medical regulations, and rely on connections to refuse to admit any wrongdoing.
