The pay is pitifully low—it's really calculated according to the boss's mood. There are also a bunch of strange coworkers who constantly demand things from newcomers while slacking off, shirking their duties, and smoking themselves. They even stir up internal conflict and badmouth one another. No wonder the exhaustion from work is entirely caused by the people you spend the most time with :)
