Male employees are occasionally required to drive the boss. The entire class only gets seven days off per month. The bonus system is opaque: they may verbally state a certain percentage, but the actual amount is not necessarily that percentage because it is divided among the team and assistants, and employees are not told how much they will receive. The seniority system is very pronounced, and there is a large age gap. The management style is old-fashioned, and the manager’s management, people-leadership, and emotional-control abilities all need significant improvement.
