A small factory and small company—a family business. Internally, apart from some employees who are favored by senior executives and should not be provoked, otherwise life will be very difficult, everyone from department supervisors to senior executives is involved in internal power struggles, especially in technical roles. There is no such thing as passing on technical knowledge; they just tell you to “watch” how it’s done. When operating, they stay silent and do not teach. When you first join and start operating the equipment, you will not receive much guidance or reminders. If something happens, they will definitely throw you under the bus and then whisper about it to other employees. The things they say most often are: “Foreign workers can watch me do it twice and know how to do everything—really great (thumbs up),” and “You have to figure it out yourself; get your brain working (to new hires).” If they don’t like you, you’ll spend the entire day working in the cold palace. Supervisors spend much of their time chatting. If you need something, you have to produce everything yourself; at most, they’ll demonstrate it or explain it verbally. In the height of summer, you have to rely on your own imagination. This place is only suitable for people looking to coast into retirement, who don’t need money, or who lack educational qualifications; it is not suitable for young people!!
