I heard about quite a few colleagues who endured unfair treatment here, and also experienced the dark side of society.
I worked here a few years ago and thought the HR department was truly wonderful. They directly paid only 70% of the salary they had promised, and at the time it was even paid in cash. I don't know what they were trying to evade. I believe it should have improved by now.
The supervisor is a pretty good person, and the colleagues are good too.
The company changes things very frequently, and if you accidentally upset the boss, you will be targeted.
I don't really recommend this company for fresh graduates, unless they have no other options.
The conversation was pleasant, and the interview lasted about an hour. It went smoothly, and I was offered the job, but I won’t be accepting it. I would have accepted if the salary had been higher.
As others have mentioned, there is half an hour of overtime every day (unpaid). During the interview, they repeatedly emphasized that new employees shouldn’t just leave when their scheduled time is up, but should finish their work.
The starting salary for a test engineer isn’t high—26–28. I don’t know what it is after the probationary period, but she said she hopes all young people can have a salary in the 30s. Is it possible that it’s only 30? Or even less?
I also wish I were rich, but that’s just a “wish” (which is perfectly reasonable, right?).
I got bitten by mosquitoes three times on my ankle during the interview.
The interview was very pleasant, and there was a great deal of freedom when working on projects (with few restrictions on tools or methods). There wasn’t much sense of competition among colleagues. There is a pantry, and the restrooms are professionally cleaned.

Arrive at work on time; forced to work overtime for half an hour after work (you may leave early only if you have something to attend to). No bonuses for the three major holidays. It’s okay to arrive up to half an hour late for work. Once you’ve finished your tasks, you can use any extra time to do your own things (but don’t get caught).
The monthly salary isn’t really a fixed monthly salary; if there are fewer working days, the pay decreases. You’re required to work an extra half hour (but if you have something to attend to, you can inform the boss or the boss’s wife in advance).
The position applied for was sales assistant, and the interview process was smooth and pleasant. The benefits system and regulations all comply with the Labor Standards Act. Although salaries are strictly assessed, if you have the ability to ask for a higher salary, the company is willing to offer it.
The sales department operates under a responsibility-based system; reports and other tasks scheduled for completion that day must be finished before you can leave work.
