Everything from top to bottom needs improvement~~especially the boss's self-righteous attitude and the executive assistant's incompetence.
Seems like there aren't any.
Although I had already received an offer, I still went to take a look since it was close to home. The exterior of the building looked unsafe, and there was access control at the entrance. Although I’ve worked at many large companies with access control, this company does not allow employees to wander around freely and has fixed times for going outside. Rather than feeling like a safety measure, it feels more like imprisonment. Parking is available, but you have to pay NT$100 per day yourself. This company has many rules. I sincerely recommend that if the salary you’re asking for is not over NT$70,000, you’re better off directly declining a position at this company.

They send interview invitations indiscriminately, without even looking at the interviewees’ résumés.
When I wrote to ask about the interview position, they only replied, “The system was configured to send it; we apologize for the inconvenience”!?
No pros
A company that makes you not want to join after going for an interview. The interviewer was a little older and kept talking about how many phones he sold when he was in sales, so I listened to his achievements for about half an hour. During the interview, there was also a handbook of workplace rules that applicants had to read and check to agree to. Some of the workplace dress-code rules in it were really... It also stated that employees could not secretly eat snacks at work, that although work started at 8:30 a.m., they had to arrive 10 minutes early and be ready at their station. An IoT industry that requires creativity does not allow jeans or sneakers, or even taking short breaks, which feels very oppressive toward employees. It also required employees to join the company's LINE group. Apparently, messages are sent after work and on weekends, making one suspect that this is disguised overtime. Please think twice before going to the interview.

I once interviewed there. This company makes a fool of job applicants. I recommend not wasting your time going there, because all of the positions are perpetually open.
