Read the community guidelines1. The interview process was fairly good.
The salary and benefits were explained very clearly, and any questions were answered. I was also notified of the interview results fairly quickly.

1. Accounting transferred the salaries of two people incorrectly; the amounts were vastly different. They even asked for the money to be returned as soon as possible, and seeing that wording made me very uncomfortable.
2. In addition to the issue mentioned above, they also entered the monthly salary incorrectly. It was not until a month and a half after payday that they sent an email notifying me that the salary had been calculated incorrectly and that the excess amount had to be returned. It was really frustrating—isn’t this something accounting should be responsible for?
