The most highly unrecommended company I’ve ever experienced... The pay is very low, and the hours under the responsibility system are extremely outrageous.
The head office’s back-office staff already work excessive overtime every day on weekdays. If there’s an event at a department-store counter, or if the company is exhibiting on a weekend, we also have to go to the counter in the evenings or on holidays to help out as sales clerks, both female and male. They say they don’t hire part-time workers because their own employees understand the products better....... I will never forget the time I worked overtime until the very last minute, hadn’t even eaten dinner, and then rushed by taxi to the counter:)
The boss’s attitude toward all these situations was basically, “Then don’t do it if you don’t like it.” No wonder everyone looks miserable every day.
You can eat employee meals
The hourly wage does not comply with the Labor Standards Act at all, and neither does the overtime pay. They deserve to be reported. Also, if he doesn't like you and wants you to leave, he will schedule you to work only three hours a day so that you cannot afford to live and will quit on your own. The boss is extremely despicable. He treats employees like exploited laborers.
It seems there aren't any...
Look at the three accumulated violations of the Labor Standards Act mentioned above......... There has still been no improvement to this day.
It is always overtime work. Even after clocking in and out and manually recording your hours, the person who pays your salary will still ask why you need to work overtime. Then they won't count the overtime hours....
At lunchtime, everyone gets so busy that they orders boxed lunches and eats while working. Every day, people work until eight or nine o'clock and still can't finish everything. Is the problem that there is simply too much work and they refuse to hire more people, or that the employees are inefficient?
The people who worked here before all left after three months. There really is a reason....
