ENERCON Taiwan Ltd._台灣艾納康有限公司
Pros

Monthly salary of 50k, with a one-month year-end bonus

They say there will be salary adjustments, but colleagues who have been there for 4–5 years say it’s all just bullshit

Office-based staff get to sit comfortably in the office, and their salary is definitely higher than that of field staff

Stop believing that you’ll be working as an engineer—it’s a technical staff position

Cons

No prospects for future development, and field technicians do physically demanding work

Pros

The salary is okay.

Cons

Severe talent loss, with policies getting worse the more they are changed. There is serious infighting in the office, and employees may be fired outright for some strange reasons.

Pros

Those working in wind power should not join this company. Although it is a foreign-owned company, it has become completely Taiwanese in its operations. Its salaries are the lowest in the industry, raises are nearly impossible, and it shows no respect for field technicians. It installs GPS devices in vehicles to monitor technicians’ whereabouts. This company has the highest employee resignation and turnover rates. Joining a Taiwanese company would be better than joining this foreign-owned one!
