Read the community guidelinesEven in a terrible company, there are still good employees, but they will probably soon be pushed out and framed by extremely bad people, forcing them to leave the company.
I was assigned to work in Vietnam. At the time, the recruitment website stated that the company benefits included “labor and health insurance, accident insurance” and “a five-day workweek.” However, after arriving and starting work there, I not only had no labor and health insurance or accident insurance, but also had to work six consecutive days a week. They really did deceive people. In addition, the salary we had originally agreed upon was changed as well. If you do not fight for yourself, your hard-earned money will be shortchanged. Moreover, employees have to bear the foreign-currency remittance fees themselves—at least NT$1,000 each time!.
Easy to hire new employees
Relatives and friends of the royal family occupy positions and basically have no idea how to do the job. The executive assistant they hired is also a useless incompetent. They have even caused job websites to refuse to let them post advertisements. What a ridiculous company!
It's pretty relaxed when the boss isn't around.
A very strange company. The boss often pretends to know things he doesn't and makes a mess of everything.
He's broken the machines several times, and the equipment is old as well.
Overtime is based on a responsibility system, and no salary statement is provided.
The internal infighting is very serious. Don't think that staying on the sidelines means you won't get dragged into it.
