It was quite clean and tidy inside, and the decor was fairly new.
I went for an interview the year before last. My thoughts are the same as in the previous review: the interviewer acted superior and kept arguing against everything I said. After I finished the image-editing test, they told me the next interviewee had arrived and kicked me out. I was completely dumbfounded........
The office environment is fairly clean.
Employees have to change shoes when entering and wear indoor slippers to work.
Although everyone wears indoor slippers,
no slippers were prepared for interviewees.
Having to walk barefoot from the entrance to the meeting room was quite awkward.
Throughout the process, it felt like the interviewer was constantly rushing for time (?!).
At the beginning, they asked several basic interview questions.
After I answered, the interviewer seemed to have a preset answer in mind
and felt that I had not directly answered their question (?!).
During the exchange, I felt that the other party was being aggressive and doing all the talking.
There was actually very little time for me to respond.
The interviewer suddenly stood up and left as soon as they said the interview was over,
leaving the interviewee alone in the meeting room in an awkward situation.
Conclusion:
After the entire interview, I felt that the other party had not respected me.
No water or slippers were provided, and there was no guidance when leaving the premises.
It was a completely baffling interview.
