When you first join, you are valued, and there is considerable freedom at work to demonstrate your abilities.
Cons
They do not value expertise. All professional matters are evaluated solely according to their own ideas and understanding, and they believe that every area of expertise is easy to pick up. It is a family business, and all the managers are family members.
