The entire department is made up of newcomers. The most senior person is completely incompetent and has no sense of responsibility, and only wants to shift the blame. The office environment and atmosphere are difficult to describe. There are barely any people, yet everyone spends all day focused on internal infighting. The administration is utterly inefficient, and the salary is pretty laughable too. If you still plan to go after reading this, good luck.
The work is relatively flexible, but correspondingly stressful. As the company is preparing to be taken over by the next generation, the chairman delegates most matters to the successor, who then assigns them to me. Because my responsibilities are broad, I was able to quickly understand how the entire company operates.
When I joined, I signed a voluntary three-month contract position agreement and was also required to provide a large amount of information, including the details of two guarantors, a police clearance certificate, and so on. The atmosphere at the Linkou campus is very poor, and there is serious infighting among the staff. The successor only trusts the department under their control, which is itself ruled by an old woman who speaks rudely and is incapable of doing her job; she is simply close to the successor, like bosom sisters. The entire campus is like a hospice ward: no one wants to make changes, and everyone is slacking off and being useless in all kinds of ways. The successor has poor attendance and only listens to the old woman’s gossip before believing it, haha.... In this situation, where no one seeks to understand things thoroughly and misunderstandings keep piling up, I was subsequently dismissed.
The chairman personally conducts the interview. The chairman speaks humorously and gets straight to the point.
After being hired, the colleagues in the administrative department were quite cold. At first, I found it strange, but after I left the company, I understood why.
